This is the 2002 version of the Zoning Ordinance, including all amendments up to and including those passed by Town Meeting in March, 2002, but not any amendments passed in 2003 or later.
2.0 Districts
For the purpose of this ordinance the Town of Wilton is divided into districts as shown on the zoning map filed with the Town Clerk and dated March 9, 1971, as amended, and includes the following: (1) Residential District; (2) General Residence and Agricultural District; (3) Commercial District; (4) Industrial District; (5) Office Park District; (6) Floodplain Conservation District; (7) Wetland Conservation District; (8) Watershed District; (9) Aquifer Protection District; and (10) Elderly Housing District.
