This is the 2002 version of the Zoning Ordinance, including all amendments up to and including those passed by Town Meeting in March, 2002, but not any amendments passed in 2003 or later.
20.0 Board of Adjustment
The Board of Selectmen shall appoint five (5) members to a Board of Adjustment members whose duties shall conform to the provisions of Ch. 672-677 N.H. RSA. Thereafter, as terms expire or vacancies occur, the appointing authority shall be responsible for filling vacancies and maintaining full membership on the Board of Adjustment.
