You are hereby informed that the application of John Marois for a special exception under the terms of section 17.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted. The special exception will allow the addition of a deck, platform, and staircase to the rear of the existing house on Lot J–82, 40 Dale Street, which would be closer to a lot line than is permitted by the Ordinance. The construction is to be in accordance with the plans that were submitted with the application to the Zoning Board.

This decision shall expire on Friday, April 9, 2004 if construction of the deck has not begun by that date. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4).
