Notice of Public Hearing — June 9
The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom, 42 Main Street to hold hearings on the following cases and other business. Use of masks is requested at all Wilton ZBA meetings.
The applications for these cases, and any other documents that may have been received by the ZBA in connection with them, are available for inspection in the Wilton Land Use Office.
- Chris Bourdon has requested a variance to section 5.2.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to allow the creation of three dwelling units in the existing building on Lot J-122, 3 Mill Street. (Case #5/12/2026-1, continued from Tuesday, May 12, 2026)

Faby Gagné and Luc Sirois have requested a special exception under section 6.6.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to allow fiber arts workshops as a home occupation on Lot A-30, Stiles Farm Road.
This is a rehearing of the Zoning Board’s April 14, 2026 decision to grant the requested special exception.
All testimony, evidence, and written submissions regarding this application previously received by the Zoning Board, including the requests for rehearing submitted by abutters Kenton Blagbrough and Howard Preston, are part of the record of the case, and may be taken into account by the Board in making any decisions. Any additional relevant testimony or documents may be provided at or before the hearing.

- Michaelann Murphy has requested a variance to section 6.2.4 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to allow the installation of a privacy/security fence closer to the front lot line than allowed by the Ordinance on Lot H-132-1, 291 Captain Clark Highway. (Case #6/9/2026-1)
- To consider a Request for Rehearing from applicants Faby Gagné and Luc Sirois with regard to the May 12, 2026 decision by the Zoning Board in which it denied their request for a special exception to allow rental of the dressage ring on Lot A-21-1 for riding practice and lessons in ZBA Case #3/10/26-1. This is a public meeting, but not a hearing. The decision on whether to grant a rehearing will be made on the basis of the written request, and no testimony or other input will be taken.
Application Deadline
The next Zoning Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, July 14, 2026. Any applications to be considered at this meeting must be filed in the Wilton town offices on or before Tuesday, June 30. See How to Apply for details.
