The participants met at Lot B–31–3, 224 Pead Hill Road at 9:00 a.m.
Case #5/13/08–2 — Donald Slowik
The participants viewed the area of the proposed subdivision from Mr. Slowik’s driveway. They then walked to the proposed wetland crossing, where they were able to observe the wetlands, and Mr. Carr pointed out the location of the proposed driveway, culvert, and rip-rap placement. Mr. Carr explained why the existing farm crossing is not jurisdiction wetlands, and therefore should not be included in the computation of wetland area affected by the proposed driveway crossing.
The site visit ended at 9:20 a.m.
