You are hereby notified that the application of Almond J. Coté and Raymond Robérge for a variance to section 6.2.4 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.
The variance will allow a lot line adjustment between Lots C-58 and C-60 on Wilton Center Road which will result in an existing structure being closer than the required setback to the resulting lot line, as indicated on the plans submitted with the application.
The variance is granted with the restriction that no building may be placed on Lot C-58 within 175 feet of Wilton Center Road.
