You are hereby notified that the application of Emily Giffin for a variance to section 14.3.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.

The variance allows the subdivision of Lot A-48, 77 Stagecoach Road, into two lots of approximately ten acres and two acres as indicated on the plan submitted with the application.

The Zoning Board upheld the ruling of the Planning Board that the proposed subdivision was not allowed in the absence of such a variance.
