You are hereby notified that the application of Dean and Claudia Pelkey for a Special Exception under section 17.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.

The special exception will permit the construction of an addition to their home on Lot J-119, 23 Island Street, which will be closer to the side and rear lot lines than would otherwise be permitted by the Ordinance, as shown on the plan submitted and filed with the application.
