You are hereby notified that the application of Victor Lushear for a variance to section 5.2.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.
The variance will permit the construction of a 16x16 foot addition to an existing house on Lot D-106-3, 15 Seagroves Street, as shown on the sketch plan on the application. The addition will be closer to a lot line than is permitted by the ordinance.
The variance is granted subject to the condition that the construction not impinge upon the adjoining right-of-way.
If the construction permitted by this variance has not commenced by May 12, 2001, then the variance shall expire. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4)
