You are hereby notified that the application of E. B. Frye and Son, Inc. for a variance to section 6.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.

The variance will permit the use of a portion of Lot A-27 for parking in conjunction with the commercial use of Lots A-23, A-24, A-25, and A-28 (Frye's Mill).

The variance is granted subject to the following restrictions:

This variance shall expire on January 12, 2002, if the use permitted by it has not begun by that date. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4).
