You are hereby notified that the application of Kathleen Fitzgerald for a special exception under the terms of section 6.6.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.
The special exception will permit the occupation of a pet grooming business as a home occupation on Lot H-80, 834 Mason Road. The pet grooming activity is to take place indoors, and all client animals are to be kept indoors.
This special exception shall expire on October 11, 2002, if operation of the permitted business has not commenced by that date. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4).
