You are hereby notified that the application of Andrew Fairbank for a special exception under the terms of section 17.3 of the wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.
The special exception will permit the construction of a 24 by 21 foot addition to an existing home on Lot D-80, 104 Dale Street, which is closer to Dale Street than permitted by the Ordinance, as shown on a plan submitted with the application.
This special exception shall expire on June 13, 2003, if the construction permitted by it has not begun by that date. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4).
