You are hereby notified that the application of Christine and Elmer S. Bergin, Jr. for a special exception under the terms of section 17.3 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.
The special exception will permit the construction of a shed on Lot K-81, 26 Clark Court, with dimensions of 32 feet in the north-south direction, 12 feet in the east-west direction, and 19 feet in height, to be located 48 feet from Clark Court, 42 feet from the boundary of Lots K-81 and K-82, and one foot from the boundary of lots K-81 and K-87. The Bergins are required to notify the highway department when the excavation work is complete so that the department can inspect the drain to determine if it is still intact.
This special exception shall expire on August 8, 2003 if construction of the shed has not begun by that date. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4).
