You are hereby informed that the application of Bruce S. Nelson for a variance to section 6.2 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.
The variance will permit the construction of an attached garage with living space above within seven feet of a lot line, as shown on the plans submitted wih the application, on Lot H–102–1, 3 Samanthas Way.
This decision shall expire on Friday, May 14, 2004 if construction of the addition has not begun by that date. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4).
