You are hereby informed that the application of Richard D. and Marilyn R. Greeley, Trustees, for a special exception under the terms of Section 11.4(a) of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been approved, in accordance with the plan submitted with the application.
The special exception will permit the construction of a driveway that will cross two wetland areas on Lot C–24–1, Goldsmith Road.
This decision shall expire on Friday, September 10, 2004 if construction of the driveway has not begun by that date. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4).
