You are hereby informed that the application of Janice E. and Royden C. Sanders, Trustees, for a special exception under the terms of Section 11.4(a) of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been approved, in accordance with the plan submitted with the application.
The special exception will permit the construction of two driveways that cross wetland areas in order to access proposed building sites on Lot A–31–2, Tighe Farm Road.
This decision shall expire on Friday, October 8, 2004 if construction of the driveway has not begun by that date. (Wilton Zoning Ordinance section 17.4).
