You are hereby informed that the application of David M. Labnon and Patricia Walker for a variance to the terms of sections 6.3.1 and 6.3.5(a) of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance has been granted.
The variance will permit access to proposed new lots C–17–2 through C–17–5 (resulting from the proposed subdivision of Lot C–17, Marden Road) from the single shared driveway that was approved in the special exception granted in Case #12/10/2–3.
