Notice of Public Hearing — July 14

The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Wilton Town Hall Courtroom, 42 Main Street to hold a hearing on the following case and other business. Use of masks is requested at all Wilton ZBA meetings.

The application for this case, and any other documents that may have been received by the ZBA in connection with it, are available for inspection in the Wilton Land Use Office.

• The Board will review the minutes of the June 9 meeting.
• Michaelann Murphy has requested a variance to section 6.2.4 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to allow the installation of a privacy/security fence closer to the front lot line than allowed by the Ordinance on Lot H-132-1, 291 Captain Clark Highway. (Case #6/9/2026-1, continued from Tuesday, June 9, 2026)
• The Board will consider a Request for Rehearing received from abutter Kenton Blagbrough with regard to its June 9, 2026 decision to grant a special exception for a home occupation in ZBA Case #3/10/26-1. This is a public meeting, but not a hearing. The decision on whether to grant a rehearing will be made on the basis of the written request, and no testimony or other input will be taken.

A Zoom stream will be provided for this meeting as a convenience. If for any reason the Zoom stream cannot be established or fails, the meeting will continue. The Zoom stream does not replace participation in person, and may not become part of the official record.

Application Deadline
