Notice of Public Hearing — September 8

The Town of Wilton Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Emergency Operations Center of the Wilton Fire Station, 102 Main Street (park across the street, NOT in the Fire Station parking lot; enter at the WEST end of the building) to hold hearings on the following cases. Use of masks is requested at all Wilton ZBA meetings.

The applications for these cases, and any other documents that may have been received by the ZBA in connection with them, are available for inspection in the Wilton Land Use Office.

• Edyta and Steven Weighart have requested a variance to section 5.3.1.1(a) of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance and/or special exceptions under sections 6.6.1 and 5.3.1 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to allow a single-employee electronic manufacturing business as a home occupation in an existing barn on Lot H-83-1-1, 20 Stephens Road, where the area of the barn that would be used exceeds 20% of the heated floor space of the house. • The Dawn Ryan Revocable Trust has requested variances to sections 14.3.3 and 14.3.5 of the Wilton Zoning Ordinance to allow a second driveway access and the construction of a bridge in the Watershed District setback area from Mill Brook on Lot A-47-1, 74 Stagecoach Road. (Case #9/8/2026-2)

Application Deadline

The next Zoning Board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, October 13, 2026. Any applications to be considered at this meeting must be filed in the Wilton town offices on or before Tuesday, September 29. See How to Apply for details.
